Locks of Love

Before school started, Taylie had her long, beautiful hair cut off to donate to "Locks of Love". She was excited to not only do a nice thing for someone else by donating her hair, but also get to experience having a different hairstyle. Her new cut looks adorable on her (in my unbiased opinion). :)

Taylor's Birthday

Taylor turned 36 this year. We kept his birthday pretty simple, but we hope he knows how incredible he is!
The kids are always a lot of help when it comes to opening presents!

Corn

Taylor has some kind relatives that let us go and pick all the corn we want at their farm every year. This is always a fun family activity, and the kids like eating the "corn they picked". We usually freeze a bunch of it, but this year we mostly just ate it off the cob since I had my hands full with the baby.

Cowboy Jaymon

I got Coleton some new pants for school, and Jaymon decided they would make the perfect cowboy outfit. He rode all around the house on the pink stick horse with his pants falling down. He had the best time, and put on quite a show for us!

Nap Time

Some of my favorite things in life right now are just holding baby Ray and having him close to me. Once in a great while, I get the chance to take a little nap with my precious angel - what could be better?! :)

So Tired!

Jaymon couldn't stay awake one more minute and crashed on the kitchen counter!

Jannie's Birthday

O.K. - so I had a birthday and turned 34! I don't know where all these years have gone! We were actually traveling home from Utah on my exact birthday, so we celebrated the next day. The kids are always so helpful when it comes to opening presents (why can't they be that helpful about cleaning the house?)!

Family Reunion

On our way home from our trip to Utah, we stopped by an extended family reunion for Taylor's grandmother's side of the family. It was in a beautiful yard, and the kids loved being able to run and play with their cousins a little more.

Visiting Great-Grandpa

Taylor's grandpa, Cliff, turned 91 years old this August, and is still doing great. He is an amazing man and a great example to us. We all love to go and see him when we are in Utah. This was his first time meeting Ray.

Park City

When we went to Utah this August for the Clark family's annual summer gathering, we did several fun things. We stayed at a hotel in Heber, called the Zermatt, and we spent one day of our trip playing in Park City. Here are some photos from the Park City day...

Lagoon Day

It is a tradition for our family to go to Lagoon for a day every summer. Taylor's whole family tries to attend, as well as several of his aunts, uncles, and cousins. This Lagoon Day, we took our kids to Laguna Beach (the waterpark inside Lagoon) for the morning. Baby Ray and I sat in the shade while the others played. After playing in the water, it was time for dinner with everyone and riding rides. The kids always have a fun time at Lagoon.
P.S. Tylor, Taylor, and I were all really there, we just aren't in any of these pictures!
